Late 18th Century Primitive French Antique Chopping Block
A primitive, yet charming, late 18thC French antique chopping block.
The block is hewn from a aingle piece of tree trunk, with two wooden carry-handles and supported on a three splayed wooden legs.
The timber has gained a lovely rich colour.
This would make an ideal sofa-side table or lamp stand.
Provenance - Sourced from a private collection in Derbyshire, England.
